RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At EMZI, we want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their order while maintaining the quality and exclusivity of our pieces.

Upon delivery, payment must be completed before opening the package or trying on the items. Customers are then welcome to check and try their pieces while the courier is waiting.

If the customer decides not to keep an item, it must be returned immediately to the courier in the exact same condition it was received in. Before the refund is approved, the courier will send photos of the returned item to the EMZI team for confirmation.

Returned items must be:
•⁠  ⁠Unworn
•⁠  ⁠Undamaged
•⁠  ⁠Unwashed
•⁠  ⁠Free from perfume, makeup stains, or any signs of use
•⁠  ⁠Returned with original packaging

If the returned item does not meet these conditions or is not the same item originally delivered, the refund will not be approved.

Once the item is confirmed by the EMZI team, the courier will immediately return the payment to the customer.

If the order has already been accepted and the courier has left, return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery and are subject to item inspection before any refund is processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
